Information Session and Q&A with Clarise Pattison Clarise is a breathwork guide, mindfulness teacher, and coach who invites people into deeper connection with themselves through accessible practices. Her sessions blend visualisation, breathwork, and gentle reflection prompts to create space for transformation and inner clarity.Clarise's work is rooted in joy, kindness, and embodied presence. Whether guiding you back to your breath or leading you through imaginative inner journeys, she helps you to listen to the wisdom within and come home to yourself. Having worked in the mental health sector for 16+ years, Clarise takes a trauma-informed approach, recognising all emotions as valid. What will we cover in this session? Mindfulness doesn’t have to mean sitting cross-legged in silence for hours. It can be found in everyday moments and can have a transformational impact on our mindsets. In this accessible and down-to-earth session, we’ll explore simple mindfulness practices that can help reduce stress, improve focus and bring a greater sense of calm to daily life. No previous experience is needed. This session is suitable for everyone, particularly those exploring mindfulness for the first time.
